BIG WELCOME TO ALL NEW MEMBERS OF THE TWINNING ASSOCIATION AND OF COURSE, WELCOME BACK TO OUR REGULARS.
WE’RE GOING GREAT GUNS WITH THE TRIP TO MILLAU WITH OVER 60 PEOPLE ALREADY TRAVELLING WITH US. A BIG WELCOME TO THE SEWERBY SINGERS WHO ARE COMING ALONG TOO AND WILL BE PERFORMING WHEN WE ARE THERE. IF YOU HAVEN’T YET GOT ROUND TO CALLING CHRIS ABOUT THE TRIP, WE STILL HAVE SOME SEATS LEFT ON THE COACH JUST WAITING TO BE FILLED. CALL CHRIS SOON TO MAKE SURE OF YOUR PLACE. COACH TRIP DETAILS: Depart Brid Friday evening 26th October, 6 nights in Millau, return to Brid Saturday 3rd November. COST if staying in a family about £90 per person. We can arrange hotel accommodation too from £70 per person per week.
FOR YEAR2000 MEMBERS IT IS THE LAST CHANCE TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP with a trip on the horizon, we will be offering all our members a great deal of reduced prices on social functions, Newsletters, and news from Millau. We’d like to invite you therefore to renew your membership for the year 2001, by either posting your subscription and the tear off slip at the end of the Final Comment or dropping in to the Sewing Centre. All details in the FINAL COMMENT. Remember, our members are the first to know. Keep in touch by renewing your membership today. If you are already travelling with us to Millau, your subscription will automatically be added to the price of the trip.

10th ANNIVERSARY VISIT TO MILLAU – 27th October to 3rd November

PLUS OTHER EVENTS TO BE CONFIRMED – INCLUDING A CALAIS DASH JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS READY TO STOCK UP ON PREZZIES - something for everyone!!
SO OUR NEXT BIG NIGHT IS THE QUIZ NIGHT AT THE RANSDALE. THURSDAY 29TH MARCH. TEAMS OF 4 OR IF YOU DON’T HAVE A TEAM THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM, YOU WILL BE WELCOME TO JOIN IN ANYWAY WITH ANOTHER TEAM. £2.50 PER PERSON WHICH COVERS THE COST OF THE QUIZ AND JACKET POTATO WITH COLESLAW OR BEANS.
